I Received My Order But There Is A Problem.Updated 4 hours ago

If you have any problems with your order, please contact our support team here. If your ticket is regarding damaged/missing products please provide the following information in your ticket.

1) What the item is (including the model name/number)

2) Where you bought the item

3) What the defect is

4) The address/phone number needed to receive the replacement

5) If your product is manufactured in the USA or EU (This is usually located at the end of the small text just to the side of our SFG logo)

6) Please include clear images of the defective/damaged miniatures and in the case of missing items, please provide a clear image of the box where possible.
