Please be aware that shipping costs are not included in Kickstarter pledges or the late pledges.  This shipping cost is calculated in the Gamefound pledge manager based on your locations and pledge level that you choose after you have been informed by us that the Gamefound pledge manager is open for the latest campaign.

Elden Ring Shipping Costs

We use Gamefound as a Steamforged Games partner to manage pledges for our Kickstarter campaign once the Kickstarter campaign has finished.

Gamefound allows us to communicate with you regarding the progress of the product and allows you as a backer to alter and add further pledge products to your order before a final cut off date is communicated. 
 
You can also add or confirm your shipping address on the Gamefound site as this is not collected on the Kickstarter campaign.

What is Gamefound?

Shipping timing depends on where the order will be delivered:

Orders within USA and Canada: normally take 3 to 5 business days to arrive after being shipped.
Orders within the United Kingdom: normally take 1-2 business days to arrive after being shipped.
Orders within the Europan Union: normally take 1-3 business days to arrive after being shipped.

🔥 Stocked items are typically shipped 1 or 2 business days after the order has been placed, except if placed during the weekend or during a local holiday. In that case, it would be processed the following business day. Times may vary during peak seasons.

💚 Pre order items depend on the estimated date reflected on the webpage - or order email confirmation- when the order is placed. For multiple on-demand dates, we send the items as they are available.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your parcel leaves our warehouse.  Following that you will receive the tracking details from the designated carrier service for you to track your order.
