How can I check the status of my order?Updated a year ago

There are a couple of options that are potentially available where you can check the status of your order. 

Check your Steamforged Games Account

If you have a Steamforged Games account, access your account at steamforged.com where you can see all your orders and review their status by clicking on each one of them on View Details. 

Remember that if you forget your password, you can always reset it. And if you don't have an account, feel free to create one! 

If an order appears unfulfilled, this means it has not been shipped yet - however, it could be in preparation. 

Try using our self service feature

Under "Manage  your orders" Simply click "Track" and enter the phone number associated with your order. 

This will prompt our system to send you an authorization code to be entered before viewing your order details.
